Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to promote our brand in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering a strong connection with customers, showcasing our products, and driving sales through engaging customer service and public speaking. This role requires a strong passion for our brand, a deep understanding of the market, and a knack for communication.

  • - Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers to showcase our products and services
    - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
    - Utilize data collection tools to track sales and customer engagement
    - Utilize market knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
    - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans
    - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and repeat business
    - Represent our brand at public events, conferences, and trade shows
    - Utilize public speaking skills to promote our brand and products to large groups
    - Ensure that all brand ambassadors are knowledgeable about our products and services and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers

  • - Strong experience in product demos and public speaking
    - Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers and colleagues
    - Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
    - Experience in the food service industry and understanding of market trends
    - Proven sales skills and ability to drive sales
    - Ability to collect and analyze data to inform sales strategies
    - Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
    - Knowledge of the market and ability to identify sales opportunities
    - Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently
    - Ability to stigmatize and effectively promote our brand to diverse audiences

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

    Pay: From $19.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
